Application report: PERKUTE Clean-o-mat PF 150

Cleanliness is a decisive factor for high-quality painting results. This is why MBH Maschinenbau & Blechtechnik GmbH in Ibbenbüren opted for a new cleaning system. Together with PERKUTE, the Clean-o-mat PF 150 was created - an aqueous system that combines technology, quality and appearance.

The cleaning system has a chamber volume of 1500 x 1500 x 1000 mm and a loading capacity of 1000 kg. It has a robust design, is completely enclosed and soundproofed. Pumps, units and filters are installed internally; two tanks with 850 and 400 liters hold washing and rinsing baths. The system therefore meets the highest standards of cleanliness, operability and presentation quality.

Before the investment, MBH relied on cold cleaners and manual reworking. Today, the Clean-o-mat PF 150 takes care of the entire process: pre-washing with circulation pump, rinsing with filtration, drying with side channel blowers and heating register. The components remain fixed during this process and are cleaned on all sides by nozzle pipes and rotating nozzles. Even stubborn sanding dust and oil are reliably removed.

The result: consistently high cleaning quality, lower personnel costs and a modern, environmentally friendly solution. At the same time, the system serves as a representative object during customer visits. "We also want to use it to present ourselves," emphasizes Ralf Hesping, Sales Manager at MBH.
