Mobile and ecological paint stripping by spraying

"Perkute - and the paint is off" is a brand new claim from the Rheine-based company. While Perkute Maschinenbau GmbH was previously known primarily for its machines and systems for industrial parts cleaning in many sectors of the manufacturing industry and the maintenance sector, numerous customer inquiries have led to "us now also including a paint stripping machine in our range", as Sales Manager Martin Pricker explained during a visit by MM MaschinenMarkt to the company headquarters in Rheine.

In terms of design, the new paint stripping machine is based on a proven series of Perkute parts cleaning systems - specifically on the manufacturer's Toploader series, which can now be used for paint stripping thanks to specially adapted equipment components. "This meant that there was no need for a complex new design, just an adaptation," emphasizes Pricker. Like their "parts cleaning machine sisters", the machines work using Perkute's typical spraying process. They are mobile and also save space. The close cooperation with the paint stripper manufacturer enables maximum process reliability during use, as every customer color and every customer paint is analyzed in advance. Pricker: "With mobile paint stripping machines and biological paint strippers using the spray process, Perkute offers an attractive alternative to conventional solvent or blasting processes."

The company itself can now look back on almost five decades of experience in the field of industrial parts cleaning. The company began developing and producing metal cleaning and degreasing systems on Sandkampstraße in Rheine in 1967. In 1996, the company was integrated into the globally operating Stenhøj Group, which is based in Denmark and produces lifting platforms, compressors, hydraulic presses and broaching machines, among other things. The construction of new office and production buildings on Düsterbergstraße in June 2001 laid the foundation for Perkute's continued positive development.

In 2005, a new development was launched on the market, the Clean-o-mat PF. Thanks to extremely solid components in combination with optimally coordinated standard equipment, this system set new standards in cleaning technology. The solid design of the individual components combined with the modern design of the easy-to-clean stainless steel system housing is still the hallmark of the innovative concept of this series today. Following the DIN ISO 9001 certification, Perkute ignited a veritable firework of innovation between 2010 and 2012: with the Clean-o-mat SPF top-loading machine (trolley), whose design makes it ideal for loading and unloading heavy and bulky components, with the Clean-o-mat Sylt basket washer for the gentle cleaning of bulk goods, turned and milled parts and geometrically complex components and with the Clean-o-mat TW pass-through system. The latter is designed to customer specifications and is suitable for cleaning bulk parts, long materials, crates, containers or pallets, among other things.

According to the manufacturer, all single and multi-chamber spray cleaning systems from Perkute work on an aqueous basis and are therefore economical and environmentally friendly.
